Where We Are, and What That Means for You
Our office is at 10/7-9 Mallett Rd, Tullamarine 3043. That location is not incidental. It puts us next to the airport and freight precinct, a short run from the Broadmeadows and Campbellfield industrial estates, and inside the ring road for the professional services belt through Essendon, Moonee Ponds and Niddrie.
Most IT problems are resolved faster remotely than by driving across the city, so remote support is the default and it is unlimited within fair use during business hours. When a problem genuinely needs someone on site, being close matters, and the suburbs below are the ones closest to our office.
Being straight about the two halves of that matters more than claiming to be everywhere. On-site attendance is included when you are within 20km of our Tullamarine office. Past that, within Victoria, we can still come to you, with travel charged at $1.20 per kilometre each way for the distance beyond 20km. Interstate we don't attend on-site: remote support is the same service wherever you are, and your plan's hands-on hours become remote project time.
